2nd Mar, 1904	Dr. Seuss was born	Theodor Seuss Geisel was born on March 2, 1904, in Springfield, Massachusetts.
27th Mar, 1925	Graduated College	Theodor Seuss Geisel graduated from Dartmouth College.
29th Apr, 1927	First Job	He began working in 1927 as a cartoonist, illustrator, and writer. He then began creating popular children's books.
26th Oct, 1937	Published first book	His first Dr. Seuss book was "And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street" published in 1937. He soon was the best-selling children's author in the world.
26th Nov, 1951	Animated Cartoon Award	Suess wins an Animated Cartoon Academy Award.
31st May, 1958	president for beginner books	Seuss becomes president of Beginner Books.
