06/18/1812	Phase one of the war in 1812	United States Navy rose to the challenge to defeat Britain.
06/23/1812	Before the British blockade	Ships such as the U.S Constitution and the United States won stirring victories.These victories on the high seas boosted American confidence.
04/06/1813	Phase two of the war in 1812	Forces burned the capital building but then attacked Fort McHenry at Baltimore.
09/10/1813	Lake Erie during the war.	Oliver Hazard Perry, took charge of the infant fleet. The small force on the lake set out to attack the american ships.
01/13/1814	The lagacy of the war in 1812	The lagacy of the war was the effects of the war which changed alot. Or increased patriotism then weakened native american resistance and then U.S. manufacturing grew bigger.
09/14/1814	Francis Scott Key and the song.	After the all-night battle between Fort McHenry and britain Key wrote a song about the flag and how it was still standing after the battle. Now it is called the star-spangled-banner.
02/16/1815	The Treaty of Ghent	Two weeks earlier the Treaty of Gehts was signed on December, 24 1814. This Treaty ended the war of 1812.
