  • The proclamation of 1763

    Pontiac launched an attack because there were people on his land. They ignored the proclamation by breaking the law.   • Sugar act

    A tax of 3 pence per pound of sugar was incredibly high, making it so people couldn't afford to buy sugar.   • Townhead Act

    American colonists were Generally peaceful. They were also very independent and took good care of themselves. The colonists divided into different groups of people.
