    The face starts to take place in forming with dark circles as eyes. The throat, mouth, and jaw start to develope. Blood cells are also created in starting circulation. The baby is the size of a grain of rice. (1/4) inch long
  • Month 2

    Month 2
    Tiny buds that will grow into legs and arms are forming. The fingers, toes, and eyes are also forming. The brain, spinal cord, and other tissue of the central nervous system are formed. It is about an inch long. Can weight 1/3 ounces
  • Month 3

    Month 3
    By the end of this month, arms, legs, feet, fingers, and toes are fully formed. The hands can open and close while fingernails are starting to form. The teeth start to develop also. (3/4) inches long. Can weight one ounce
  • Month 4

    Month 4
    Hair may start growing, their reproductive organ are growing too. You may be able to tell the gender. The baby’s ears and eyes are developed and can hear you in the womb. 6.5-7 inches long. Can weight up to 4 ounces
  • Month 5

    The baby becomes more active and moving and kicking is normal. About 5 inches long - 10 inches. Weighing between 5 ounces to a pound.
  • Month 6

    Month 6
    Baby’s lungs are fully developed and they have their own fingerprint. They focus on noises from the outside world and hiccuping. 7-12 inches long weighing between 1-2 pounds.
  • Month 7

    Month 7
    Fat is deposited on the baby. Hearing is fully developed and change their position a lot. About 14 inches long weighing between 2-4 pounds.
  • Month 8

    Month 8
    Continues to develop in type womb. Fat also continues to grow and the brain is rapidly growing. About 18 inches long and can weigh up to 5 pounds
  • Month 9

    Month 9
    The lungs are close to being fully developed. They can blink, turn their head and grasp firmly. 19-20 inches long weighing about 7-7.5 inches
