    Although it is not a prerequisite for the college program, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something a personal trainer should have from a young age. Having a healthy lifestyle mentality is what makes personal trainers better than others.
  • Grade 9 Academic English

    Completing this course was a step toward obtaining the eventual Grade 12 University English course.
  • Grade 9 Applied Science

    Completing this course is a step toward the prerequisite, Grade 11 College Biology.
  • Grade 10 Academic English

    Completing Grade 10 English is moving toward the completion of the Grade 12 University English.

    Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something a Personal Trainer should do in order to promote it.
  • Completing Grade 10 Academic Science (Remedial Course)

    After failing Grade 10 Academic Science, I felt like giving up. But I learned that failure is a thing you must overcome in order to move forward, and therefore I took the Remedial Course, and I passed the course. Completing the course is a step closer to earning the Grade 11 Biology prerequisite.

    Although this isn't a prerequisite for the course, maintaining a healthy active lifestyle is important if you want to be a personal trainer. Therefore, working out on a daily basis is really efficient when the goal is to become a personal trainer.

    Applying for the program is important because this is what ultimately decides if the applicant has what it takes to become a Personal Trainer. I personally believe I have what it takes to become a Personal Trainer, so I am confident in getting accepted.

    After being accepted to take the program at Seneca, this is a huge step towards my future career of being a Personal Trainer.

    As mentioned before, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is very important for a Personal Trainer. Building up muscular endurance and muscle is also very important, because having the look and endurance of an actual trainer makes you stand out better.

    Applying to Cornell to be a part-time Personal Trainer is a step toward the end goal, which is to be a Personal Trainer for the NBA, MLB, NHL, or NFL.

    I was hired to work at Cornell Community Center as a Personal Trainer, an important step to becoming a Personal Trainer for other fitness centres.

    I applied to Good Life Fitness and got accepted for the job. The prerequisites for the job included having Certification for CPR within a month of employment, having a strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team setting and the ability to coach and mentor. In my opinion, my passion for a fit lifestyle is what helped in being employed to Good Life Fitness.
