Great Grandma Died | My great grandmother was in a nersing home for the last couple of years of her life. She was very funny to listen to and talk to. We visited her a lot before she had passed away. Picture= flickr.com | |

Hurricane Katrina | My family and I were just about to go down to Mississippi where my dads side of the family lives. We didnt end up going because my little brother got hit by a car and was in the hospital. Then later after we heard that they were hit by Katrina. Picture= flickr.com | |

9/11 | We were in class when we started to learn about the event 9/11. This was a horrible event to remember as an American. Many died or were severely injured. Picture= flickr.com | |

Flood Of Cedar Rapids | While the flood of Cedar Rapids was going on our own backyard was flooding too. After a few days the water started to get into our basement. We went and helped downtown sandbag some few places because we knew how they felt to get flooded. Picture= flickr.com | |

State Baseball | I play on a USSA Baseball Team that has not been the very best baseball team except for this year. We went to stay two years ago and got dead last place out of about fifty different teams. Picture= flickr.com | |

Old Babysitter Died | Last year during school I found out that my old babysitter had passed away. She was a sophomore in high school at Prairie. She was very well known at Prairie. This was a huge impact on others. Picture= flickr.com | |

Getting Rid Of Horses | Last summer me and my friend found out that where we kept our horses they were getting rid of them if we didnt take them. We had trained the horses for about two years and were really attatched to them. Picture= flickr.com | |
