Because of the French and Indian War they begun taxign more things which is going to make the colonist mad, which lead to the American Revolution. |

10/27/1763 | Proclamation of 1763 | The Proclamation of 1763 was Geogre lll telling settlers to stay east of that timeline and Indians to stay west of it, because settlers and Indians would kill eachother.The Proclamation of 1763 was to Americans, the king's order suggested tyranny, or the unjust use of government power.The only place that farmers could find new land was west of the mountains.The Proclamation lead to the Revolution becauuse it was to late , settlers had already crossed the mountains. |

10/28/1765 | The Stamp Act | The Stamp Act was a new act, or law. This law requires colonist to buy a stamp for every piece of paper they used.The Stamp Act lead to the American Revolution because the colonist argued, Parliament had no right to tax them,"no taxation without representation!'' |

10/28/1765 | Quartering Act | The Quartering Act was a law, this law ordered that colonial assemblies to provide British troops with quarters, or housing. The Quartering Act lead to the Revolution because, of course providing for the soliders cost money and the soliders just took up space and did nothing. The British government reacted by refusing to let the assembly meet until it agreed to obey the Quartering Act. once again, teampers began to rise on both sides of the Atlantic. |

10/28/1767 | Townshend Acts | The Townshed Act, laws were passed becasue Champagne Charlie was asked by the Parliament to make the colonys pay for the army.The things that were taxed were popular iteams such as glass, paint, paper, and tea.The Townshend Act lead to the Revolution because King George wasn't ready to give up on the idea of taxing Americans. |

10/30/1770 | Boston Massacre | The Boston Massacre was on the same day that the Parliament repealed most of the Townshend duties.The Boston Massacre was a brawl that broke out between soldiers and colonist in Boston.The brawl broke out because the colonist attacked the British soliders and they got scared and opened fire.There were 5 Bostinians dead and 10 were injured.The Boston Massacre lead to the American Revolution because John Adams defended the British and made sure everyone was represented equally. |

10/30/1773 | The Tea Act | The Tea Act was Lord North's attempt to rescue the British East Indian Company.This trading company controlled all trade between Britian and Asia.By 1773, it was in danger of going broke unless it could sell off the all the tea.The Tea Act lead to the American Revolution because colonist saw that The Tea Act was just another way to tax them.On Ddecember 16, 1773 the Sons of Liberty went on the ships and threw 90,000 pounds of tea into the harbor. |

The Boston Tea Party was when rhe Sons of LIberty decided to unload all the tea on the ships and throw it into the harbor.The Boston Tea Party lead to the Revlution because Lord North was upset that they threw the tea into the harbor so that lead to the Intolerable Acts.The Intolerable Acts were where they were very strict and didn't allow much. |

10/30/1774 | The Intolerable Acts | The Intolerable Acts were designed to punish Massachusets for the Boston Tea Act.To King George the issue was no longer about taxes it was about Britain's control over the colonies.The Intolerable Acts lead to the Revolution because the colonists didn't like the fact that they had all these new limitations.They joined together against the new rules, and formed the a congress with deligates from all the colonies. |

10/30/1774 | First Continental Congress | The First Cotinental Congress meet in 1774.Around 50 leaders from 12 colonies met in Philadelphia.The meeting brought together delegates from most of the British colonies on the North American continent.The First Continental Congress lead to the American Revolution because colonists startedto agree to come together and try and stop the Kings tyranny. |
