12/12/1981	Birth	I was born in Fremont Michigan at Gerber Memorial Hospital. My mom said that she had the hardest time figuring out what to name me. She said that she was set on naming me Shelby, but that she didnt want people to always be asking me how to spell my name. So she settled on Lisa because she thought no one would ever screw it up. This has proven to be true, however I believe it is the reason I cannot spell ANYTHING. I think she put a jinx on me with that rational.
10/25/1982	Life Changes Quickly	My dad passed away in a car accident when I was 10 months old. It was a rough time for my mom. She never really talks about it. She said she worked hard and accepted help however it came (not something she ever does).
09/20/1983	New Beginnings	It may seem like a short amount of time but my mom remarried 10 months after my dad died. She had known my step-dad her whole life. He was a good friend of her brothers. I was SO excited to have a daddy. My mom said that I would walk all over the house saying "Bill Daddy, Bill Daddy"
04/28/1985	More Siblings!!!	My dad was married before he married my mom. He had 3 children from his first marriage. So I have an older brother Brent, and two older sisters, Erika and Jennifer. I was 10 years younger than Brent. When my mom remarried she had another child. Michael is my younger brother. Although some may think that our family was a little different, it was great growing up the way I did. My mom and my dad's 1st wife got along great!
