250px-apple_i_computer_tiny 04/01/1976 Apple was Founded Apple's Website Apple was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Woznaik, and Ronald Wayne. They sold the Apple 1 personal computer kit. It had no keyboard, and was priced at $2572 in today's money. The kit shown has had a case and keyboard added to it.

However, after trying to expand into other products such as cameras, speakers and T.V. appliances, Apple consumers became upset, and Apple's stock prices and market shares began to fall.During this time, Jobs rejoined Apple.
