11/08/1972 | Watership Down | by Richard Adams This was the FIRST real chapter book that finally hooked me to reading. I have also seen the movie a few times and still have it in my classroom on VHS tape. Again a book about environment and the stuggles between animal species. DOC23 |

He has a brother named Fudge. Fudge is 2 years old. In the book Fudge does really bad thinks like putting mashed potatos in Peter's hair. Fudge likes money. 09/01/2008 | A Beginning, a Muddle, and an End | by AVI This book talks all about the struggles that young writers face when having to write an assignment. I assume you noticed that the word MUDDLE was used instead of MIDDLE. This all happened when AVI, the author, received a letter from a student saying why do most stories have a BEGINNING, A "MUDDLE", and an END. Avi then decided that this would be an amazing title for a book. The rest is history! DOC23 |
