11/08/1757 French and Indian war The French and Indian war was caused because of a long struggle between France and Britain for territory and power.But since there were so many native americans who fought with France, they called it the French and Indian war.The war would go on for seven years until in 1763 the britain and france signed a peace treaty.
11/08/1763 Proclamation of 1763 The proclamationof 1763 was when king George the third put a line in between the indians and the colonists.But it angered the colonists because they wanted to explore.
08/10/1765 Quartering act This was a act where a soldier could come to your houe and stay there and you had to serve him.

11/08/1767 townshend act The townshend act was laws that placed taxes in stuff like tea, paint, paper, and glass.By doing so it caused a increase of the unhappiness of the colonists.

03/14/1773 Tea act The Tea Act was an event when they lowered cost of tea that was sold by the British East Indian Company in the colonies.As it happened it gave the British East Indian Company monopoly, or complete control over tea sales.

09/08/1774 First Continental congress This event was 50 leaders from 12 colonies came together in Philadelphia. The meeting brought delagates together.
