    The Odd Couple
    Tony Randall as Felix Unger and Jack Klugman as Oscar Madison. The show is based upon the play of the same name, which was written by Neil Simon. Felix and Oscar are two divorced men. Felix is neat and tidy while Oscar is sloppy and casual. They share a Manhattan apartment, and their different lifestyles inevitably lead to conflicts and laughs. It was canceled after every season but ABC would still bring it back.
  • M*A*S*H

    The show follows a team of doctors and support staff stationed at the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital in South Korea during the Korean War. The series is usually categorized as a situation comedy, though it is sometimes also described as a "dark comedy" or a "dramedy" because of the dramatic subject material often presented. It lasted 11 seasons.
  • The Muppet Show

    The series shows a vaudeville or music hall-style song-and-dance variety show, as well as glimpses behind the scenes of such a show. Kermit the Frog stars as a showrunner who tries to keep control of the antics of the other Muppet characters, as well as keep the guest stars happy. Each episode also featured a human guest star. It was well known for "torn-from-the-headlines" stories and blatant political satire. The first season saw Murphy relearning her job without the use of two crutches—alcohol and cigarettes. Also every episode, we see her go through a new secretary.

    The show chronicles the coming of age events and everyday life-lessons of Cory Matthews, a Philadelphian who grows up from a young boy to a married man. This is one of the few shows where viewers get to experience seeing the characters grow up in front of them. We saw everything from Cory's first kiss, to graduating from college.

    The series revolves around a group of friends in Manhattan. Friends received positive reviews throughout its run, becoming one of the most popular sitcoms of all time. The series won many awards and was nominated for 63 Primetime Emmy Awards. The series, an instant hit from its debut, was also very successful in the ratings, consistently ranking in the top ten in the final primetime ratings.

    The series is set in the fictional town of Neptune, California, and stars Kristen Bell as the title character, a student who progresses from high school to college while moonlighting as a private investigator under the tutelage of her detective father. In each episode, Veronica solves a different stand-alone case while working to solve a more complex mystery. The first two seasons of the series each had a season-long mystery arc.

The geekiness and intellect of the 4 guys is contrasted for comic effect with Penny's social skills and common sense.

She decides to become Bryan and David's gestational surrogate.
